John R. Fahy is a seasoned securities attorney with extensive regulatory experience, including roles as an Enforcement Attorney for both the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Texas State Securities Board. His deep familiarity with the regulatory landscape has fostered strong relationships with regulators, enabling him to effectively navigate complex SEC processes. John has also served as General Counsel for two broker-dealers and an investment adviser. He currently serves as Chair-Elect and Council Member of the State Bar of Texas Business Law Section and previously chaired its Securities Law Committee, where he now serves as Vice Chair.
