Chuck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having served as a Field Supervisor and Operations Director since 2009. With a career spanning decades in construction, oil and gas, and operations management, he co-founded Yohawk Energy with JB Yowell in 2011. The company name, Yohawk, was a combination of their last names, Yowell and Hawkins, symbolizing their partnership in oil and gas exploration and production. Chuck’s expertise spans the full spectrum of the industry, from investor relations to field operations. He is widely respected for his problem-solving abilities and his knack for using unconventional methods to deliver results.

After the sale of Yohawk Energy in 2017, Chuck broadened his skill set across various sectors, including mechanics, construction, fine craftsmanship, and marketing. Despite this diversification, his passion for oil and gas operations, acquisitions, and field management has remained at the core of his professional focus. Today, Chuck serves as Director of Operations for Kroh Exploration and as President of Texas State Oil. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset in both roles.
