Brett graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, and he specialized in developing strategies that focused on organizational growth. As he evolved in his career, he entered the oil and gas industry where he developed strategies and cultivated relationships that ultimately became the genesis of Kroh Exploration, the company he founded.
