Joseph is a Fort Worth native with a strong background in operations and accounting within the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Texas State Oil, Mr. Ramirez held roles with Covey Park Energy and Black Mountain Oil & Gas, where he supported both operational and accounting functions, gaining broad experience across upstream energy operations. Mr. Ramirez also served as a Financial Accountant at Endurance Lift Solutions, where he was responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, and process improvement.

In his current role as Operations Administrator at Texas State Oil, he leverages his combined operational and accounting expertise to enhance efficiency, financial accuracy, and cross-functional coordination throughout the organization.
