Mike Stewart is the Chief Operating Officer at Texas State Oil, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience across the financial services, legal services, and energy industries. Since 2010, he has focused on creating stakeholder value in the energy sector, beginning with the establishment of a Project Management Office (PMO) at Navidad Resources, LLC, where he led cost reduction and efficiency initiatives. Throughout his career, Mike has continued to expand his impact in the oil and gas industry by overseeing field operations, land, revenue accounting, IT, procurement, regulatory compliance, and environmental departments.

Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, a BA in Business Management from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and a Paralegal Certificate from the Southwestern Paralegal Institute. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of both the Petroleum Accounting Society of Houston (COPAS) and the Project Management Institute.
